Our first official WOD post with the website up and running!  Welcome to EVF-Performance Version 1.0. I’m sure we’ll work through a few iterations of this before we get the bugs worked out, so bear with us as we navigate the magical world of the interweb.

 

For all of our members and recent On-Ramp graduates, this will be your resource for checking the day’s workout going forward.  Just pop on here each day to find out what kind of fun we’ve got lined up for you.

Descending ladder

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time

* Ring Dips

* Chest to bar pull-ups

50m KB Farmer’s walk between rounds (32kg/20kg)
