Warm up
3 rounds:
10 air squats
10 lunges w/ pass thru
5 push ups
5 supermans

Strength
Part A
Every 2:00 for 5 rounds:
Front squat x 2 @ 80%

Part B
2 sets:
Strict handstand push ups OR seated DB overhead press x 8
Strict pull ups x 8-12

Conditioning
For time:
48 push ups
36 toes to bar
24 burpees
12 pistols
6 snatches (155/105)
