CrossFit Level One Coach
A need for change drove Jamie to fitness. At 265 pounds, he checked out CrossFit on a friend’s suggestion. He was intrigued by the community and functional workouts. His first class was November 2, 2010, and he was hooked.
“I learned about my body in a whole new way with exercise and nutrition with the world of CrossFit,” Jamie said. “With wonderful coaching I learned movements the right way to stay healthy and with the intensity how to push myself to see great results very fast.”
Jamie is from Akron, Ohio and spent time in Outer Banks, North Carolina. He spends his free time cheering on Cleveland sports teams and surfing.
He was an All-American high school swimmer and was part of the 2002 Akron Firestone Swimming and Diving National Champions Men’s Team.
Jamie is CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Strongman and First Responder certified. He is also holds the CrossFit Running Trainer, Trigger Point Performance Therapy, Pose Method of Running, and USA Weightlifting certifications.
