Monday, August 28 CrossFit Workout of the Day

This is our last week of training before testing week, so the volume is a little bit lower as we prepare to test our back squat, snatch, clean & jerk, 1k row, and a couple of benchmark workouts as well.

We have a deload week for back squat tomorrow — a physically and mentally easy day before the stress of testing our max next week.

Warm up
400m run

Then, 2 rounds:
10 duck walks
10 alternating groiners
10 air squats
10 banded side steps
