At EVF, you will exercise alongside all types of people

“Scalability” is a word you will hear frequently.
Your first 30 days with us will be your CrossFit On-Ramp. After completing your introductory, small group classes in the first week, you will jump into CrossFit classes. You’ll tackle the workout as a class, scaling for each athlete as necessary. This makes it possible for all of — with our different body types, personal goals, and levels of ability — to work alongside one another safely.
We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout, your pace.
