Private Training

EVF Performance offers  a variety of different private training options for those who want an alternative to the group coaching environment of our regular EVF 360, Strength and CrossFit classes.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, prepare for a competition or improve your technique, an individually-designed program will yield faster results. Your coach will work with you to establish your personal goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

EVF Skill Session (30-minute sessions)

Master a skill, improve a lift or tackle a weakness in one of our Skill Sessions. These 30-minute sessions are perfect for athletes who need to improve in specific skills in order to dial in for a competition, break a stubborn PR, or simply improve their overall experience in CrossFit, Strength, or EVF 360. Skills could include, but are not limited to: gymnastics (including ring dips, pull-ups, toes to bar, muscle ups, and kipping), Olympic lifts, and power lifts.

EVF Personal Training (60-minute sessions)

Work with one of our CrossFit certified coaches to set and achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they may be. You’ll start with mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion. A skill-based warm-up will help you prepare for specific movement patterning, before you take on strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goals. Your coach will also provide post-workout recovery techniques, nutritional guidance, and health, wellness, and lifestyle support.

One-on-one and duet sessions available.
