Through expert instruction and programming, this class will build a foundation of strength that can be applied to any sport or activity.

Due to the intense coaching and focus on technique, it is not uncommon for participants to break personal records during theirvery first class. No matter how heavy or light you are starting out, join this group to set goals, break PR’s, and get stronger every time you set foot on the gym floor.
