Perfect your lifts with world-class Powerlifter Dave Kirschen

The EVF Strength program is open to members and non-members and focuses on fundamental compound movements like the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Through expert instruction and programming, this class will build a foundation of strength that can be applied to any sport or activity.

Due to the intense coaching and focus on technique, it’s not uncommon for participants to break personal records during their very first class. No matter how heavy or light you are starting out, join this group to set goals, break PRs, and get stronger every time you set foot on the gym floor.
