Warm up

Then, 2 rounds of
Wall walk to :20 handstand hold
10 scap push ups
:20 hang from bar
Then,
Single-arm OH KB carry x 2 lengths of gym each arm

Strength/Skill
3 rounds for quality:
7-10 strict hspu
:30 L-hang from pull up bar
7-10 strict ring dips

Conditioning
2 rounds, each for time:
500m row
20 overhead squats (75/55)
30 box jumps (24/20)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
