Mobility: Toes to — either a favorite or a nemesis. Here are some tips to progress to successful toes to bar which includes hip mobility/flexibility.

Warm up
6 minutes:
10 push ups
10 jump squats
10 kip swings
10 hollow rocks

Skill
Toes to bar and box jumps

12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 5-10 toes to bar
Minute 2 – 5 high box jumps

Conditioning
Performance
3 rounds for time:
25 wall balls (20/14)
20 KBS (53/35)
15 pull ups
10 front squats (155/105)

Fitness
3 rounds for time:
20 wall balls
15 Russian KBS
10 jumping pull ups
5 front squats

*20-minute time cap
