Mobility: Quick little snatch routine to get your body ready for that overheard position. Mobilize correctly and you’ll own that weight!

Warm up
2 rounds:
10 PVC dislocates
10 snatch grip RDLs
5 OHS
5 drop snatches
5 duck walks

Strength
A. Hang snatch: 3×3
Heavier than last week, but no heavier than 80%.

B. Snatch pull: 3×3
Heavier than hang snatch – 90-95%

Conditioning
9 minute AMRAP:
7 overhead squats (135/95)
7 push ups
200m run
