Mobility: This video primarily focuses on the front rack, but the mobilizations used can definitely be transferred to snatch mobility, especially the banded wrist mob.

Warm up
6 minutes:
5 squat stretches
5 dislocates
5 OHS
5 pass-thrus in OHS
5 tall muscle snatches
5 sotts press

Strength
Power snatch + snatch
5 x 1+1, across or ascending

Conditioning
For time:
80 double unders
60 sit ups
40 box jumps (24/20)
20 hang power snatches (95/65)
