Warm up
2 rounds:
10 pass thrus
10 OHS
5 Sotts press
:20/:20 spiderman stretch

3 rounds:
3 snatch grip deadlifts
3 pause snatch pulls (knee)
3 hang muscle snatch
3 drop snatch
3 hang power snatch
3 snatch

Strength
Part A
Snatch: 5×2
Ascending – no more than 80%

Part B
Snatch grip deadlift: 3×5

Conditioning
For time:
40 KB snatch (53/35 – 20/arm)
30 burpees
20 sumo deadlift high pull (75/55)
10 handstand push ups
