Mobility: Really great article focusing on the big 3: squat, bench and deadlift. Bottom line? Better mobility leads to better body position, which leads to more weight on the bar.

Warm up
6 minutes:
10 banded good mornings
10 OHS
:20 active hang + 5 kipping knees to elbows

Strength
Superset
Deadlift: 90%, 3 x 2-4
Strict press: 75%, 3 x 4-6

3 minutes rest between sets

8 minutes to complete for time:
35 box jump overs (24/20)
30 toes to bar
25 power snatches (75/55)

At the 8 minute mark, complete for time:
