Workout of the Day

 

A)

Take 20 minutes to work up to today’s 1-Rep Max Clean

Rest 2 minutes in between sets

 

 

B)

Complete five rounds for time of:

9 Deadlifts (135/95)

6 Cleans

3 Shoulder to Overhead

 

*5 burpee penalty every time you drop the bar (take your hands off of it) during a single round

    205-225(f)-225(f)-215(f)-215(f)
    Frustrating
    205 felt pretty easy. 225 and 215 I could get on my shoulders, struggled with the FS.
