Bulgarian Split Squat x 6-8 reps each leg @ 30X1
Rest 60 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 60 seconds


Three rounds for time of:
185/135 lb Front Squats x 8 reps
400 Meter Run

(Barbell originates from the ground – no racks.)
