STRENGTH Workout of the Day

 

 

1) Squat 5 x 5 (work up to 60-70% of your 1RM)

 

2) 3 rounds for quality and minimum rest:

20 Weighted Lunges

20 Toes to Bar

20 Good Mornings

20 Kettlebell Swings

Pick challenging weights, but try to do sets unbroken
