STRENGTH Workout of the Day

 

1)

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes complete:

3 Cleans (65-70% 1-RM)

6 Split Jumps (3 per leg)

 

When the clock hits 5:00, for the next 2 minutes complete:

Max effort cleans

 

2)

Five Rounds for time of:

Press, Push Press, Push Jerk (3 reps, 4, reps, 5 reps respectively)

12 STRICT Pull Ups

 

3)

5 x 250m row with 1:1 work to rest ratio
