Workout of the Day

 

A.
Three sets of:
Walking Lunges with Barbell x 20 steps @ 1010 (10 steps/leg)
Rest 60 seconds
Front Leaning Rest on Rings x 90second holds
Rest 60 seconds;

 

 

B.
For time:
400 Meter Run
30 Front Squats (Heavy)
30 Box Jumps (High)
400 Meter Run
(Challenge yourself by going as heavy and high as you can handle. The weight you select should be heavy enough to require you to break the 30 reps into 3-5 sets.)

  1. 10:40 @ 185 – also ran between 1st avenue and york which I think is longer than the suggested run

    SOS @ 8pm last night, followed by this was not that fun, but sometimes you have to play through the pain.
