A)

Take 20 minutes to work up to today 3RM Hang Power Clean

 

B)

In 8 minutes complete AMRAP of:

1 Deadlift (75% of 1RM), 1 Burpee

2 Deadlifts, 2 Burpees

3 Deadlifts, 3 Burpees

4 Deadlifts, 4 Burpees

5 Deadlifts, 5 Burpees

and so on….

    Went too heavy, started at 245, 6 rounds + 3 DL
    Dropped to 225 and finished round 7
