Take the 6-Week Transformation Challenge

Kickstart your fitness journey, improve your overall health and change your lifestyle, surrounded by a supportive community of women. Join us for a 6-week transformation challenge at EVF Performance, offered at both CrossFit Upper East Side and CrossFit Columbus Circle.

We provide the workouts, nutrition plan and support — you commit to putting in the work. You'll be amazed at just how far you'll go in 6 weeks.

We start with the basics, and you don't need to be in shape to start. The challenge is open to all fitness levels; no prior experience required. Only 15 spots available (and we fill up fast!).

Challenge includes:

  • Initial assessment
  • 3 weekly workouts
  • Nutrition and training support from our team

The Columbus Circle challenge starts Jan. 15 and classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. The Upper East Side challenge kicks off Tuesday, Jan. 23 and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Challengers will also receive an additional class over the weekend.
