We start with the basics, and you don't need to be in shape to start. The challenge is open to all fitness levels; no prior experience required. Only 15 spots available (and we fill up fast!)
- Initial assessment and measurements
- 3+ weekly workouts (2 specialized classes for Challengers only!)
- Nutrition seminar
- One-on-one nutrition counseling/goal planning with our head coach
- A supportive community and private Facebook group with tips and tricks to make the most out of the 6-week challenge
The Columbus Circle challenge kicks off Tuesday, January 15 and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Challengers will also receive one additional class or have the option of unlimited access.
