We start with the basics, and you don't need to be in shape to start. The challenge is open to all fitness levels; no prior experience required. Only 12 spots available (and we fill up fast!)
We'll show you how to eat for your goals, deal with sugar cravings and eat the right foods to fuel your body. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just fit into your clothes a little better, our certified coaches can help you get there.

The Columbus Circle challenge kicks off Tuesday, May 28 and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Challengers will also receive one additional class or have the option of unlimited access.
