This workout is dedicated to all of our happy couple’s who have tied the knot or who will be tying the knot this year! Enjoy 🙂

Warm- up

Medicine Ball progression

2 sets of

2 dead-lifts

2 shrugs

2 squats

2 Med ball cleans

Dynamic stretches

 

 

Training

Partner WOD

“Till death do us part”

Do the following as a team for time

1600 Meter Combined run/ Plank hold

(Athlete A is running, Athlete B is holding a plank till tagged by partner)

100 Combined Pull ups/ Squat Hold

(Athlete A is doing Pull ups, Athlete B is holding a squat below parallel)

100 Combined Push ups/ KB hold

(Athlete A does push ups, athlete B holds Kettle bells in each hand)

100 Combined Med ball cleans (20/16lb) / Bar Over head hold  (75/55 lbs)

(Athlete A does Med balls cleans, Athlete B Holds a bar over their head)
