Friday, August 11 CrossFit Workout of the Day

Mobility: Mobility theme this week was thoracic! No equipment required, just the willingness to do it every day to reverse the effects of texting and sitting. These will also assist in making your overhead positioning better.

Warm up
10 burpees
10 squat therapy + 10 pass-thrus + :20 hang from pull up bar
10 burpees
10 pass-thrus in OHS + 10 OHS + :20 ring support hold

3 rounds for quality:
10 overhead squats (from rack)
8 L-hang pull ups or strict pull ups
8 ring dips

Weight for the OHS should be tough but unbroken. We will increase weight next week.
Add weight to the dips if possible.

10-minute AMRAP:
7 deadlifts (225/155)
14 box jumps (24/20)
