Warm Up

6 minutes:
50 jump rope
5 scap pull ups
5 strict knees to elbows + 5 kipping knees to elbows
10 PVC front squats
10 pass thrus

Strength/Gymnastics

Minute 1 – 2 cleans @ 85%
Minute 2 – 10-12 toes to bar

Conditioning

13 minute AMRAP
