Deck of Cards

Hearts = squats
Diamonds = burpees
Spades = lunges
Clubs = sit ups
Joker = accumulate 2:00 plank

Shuffle the cards and get to work! 

Ace = 1
Jacks = 11
Queens = 12
Kings = 13

Example: If you draw an eight of diamonds, you’ll do 8 burpees.
