6 minutes:
10 squats
5 high box jumps
10 walking lunges
10 supermans

Strength

Clean + hang clean + jerk
5 x (1+1+1)

Ascending, but no heavier than 80%

Conditioning

12 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 10 deadlifts (225/155)
Minute 2 – 8 burpee box jumps (24/20)
Minute 3 – 10 handstand push ups
