8 minutes:
10 goblet squats
10 scap push ups
5 hang muscle cleans
10 jumping lunges
10 good mornings

Workout
“Carissa”
5 rounds for time
6 thrusters
9 bar-facing burpees
12 hang power cleans
15 box jump overs (24/20)

Weight increases each round.

Men RX weights: 95 – 115 – 135 – 155 – 185
Women RX weights: 65 – 80 – 95 – 105 – 125
