Warm-up
3 sets:
5 clean high pulls
5 muscle cleans
5 hang power clean
5 snatch push press
5 OHS

Skill
Hang power clean

Conditioning
¾ bodyweight hang power clean ladder

5 minutes rest

½ bodyweight overhead squat ladder

For the ladder format, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able to complete the work within the minute.
