Wave build up to a 3 rep max
Training
TABATA
Count how many reps you do per round, try and keep that pace for each round. Count up total number for all three for total score.
Power Snatches 75lbs/55lbs  (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest 8x)
1 min rest
Ab Mat Sit ups (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest 8x)
 1min rest
Double Unders (20 seconds on 10 secs rest 8x)
