Workout of the Afternoon


Partners alternate whole rounds for time and complete four rounds each of:
Row 250 Meters
Pull-Ups x 10 reps
95/65 lb. Thrusters x 10 reps
Ski 300 Meters

(Partner A completes 250 meters, 10 pull-ups, 10 thrusters, and a 300 meter ski in 3 while Partner B rests; Partner B starts on the row as soon as Partner A completes the 300 meter run.)

    Nice working with Tyler on this one. We rowed 250m twice instead of skiing 300m. Felt good to get in under the 40 minute time cap.
