INTRODUCING…SKILL SET SATURDAY
With the CrossFit Open season rapidly approaching, it’s time to tighten up on our “CrossFittian” skills. With this is mind we are adding SKILL SET SATURDAY to the CrossFit Upper East Side schedule. Every Saturday for 90minutes – 130p to 3p – we will be focusing on specific skills to tighten up your CrossFit game. From muscle-ups to double-unders, kipping pull-ups to regular pull-ups, all things hand-stands to olympic lifting, you name it, we will cover it in this class!
SKILL SET SATURDAY has been added to Mind Body and you’re cool to start signing up for class!
