Strength
Front squat
Every 2:30 for 6 sets:
5 reps @ 70% of training max

Conditioning
16 minute EMOM:
Thrusters
4 minutes – 7 reps @ 95/65
4 minutes – 6 reps @ 115/75
4 minutes – 4 reps @ 135/95
4 minutes – 3 reps @ 155/105
