3 rounds, :30 each exercise
Mountain climbers
Squats
Push ups
Step ups or kneeling get ups

Part A

16 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 12 burpees
Minute 2 – 40 double unders or 40 lateral hops
Minute 3 – :40 backpack devil press
Minute 4 – :30/:30 side plank

If you have weights, use one or two for the devil presses.

Part B

4 sets
:30 on/:15 off
Plank pull thru (any odd object will do!)
Flutterkicks
Alternating plank toe taps
Windshield wipers
