We’re celebrating the life of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Memorial Day Murph is a time for CrossFitters across the world to come together to honor a fallen hero.
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
You can complete Murph during any class time Monday. A modified version of the workout will be available during EVF 360 classes. Have a fun, safe holiday weekend!
