Mobility: Tips for improved wrist mobility brought to you by CrossFit Invictus. Tackle these mobilizations prior to cleaning to limber up those wrists and forearms.

Warm up
3 rounds not for time or 10 minutes:
5 strict muscle clean
5 strict press
5 back squat
5 hip power clean
5 front squat
5 hang clean

Strength

2 clean pull (no explode) + clean

Conditioning

30 front squats (155/105)
30 box jumps (24/20)
30 KB swings (53/35)
30 burpees
30 sit-ups
30 pull-ups
30 wall balls (20/14)

20 Russian KB swings

20 jumping pull-ups
