Monday, September 9th Crossfit Workout of the Day

The CrossFit Games Open is coming!! It’s time to test your fitness against the rest of the world. Starting on October 10th, CrossFit will release one workout per week for five weeks. There are RX and scaled versions of each workout, and we’ll be doing them in class anyway, so why not get in on the fun?
