Paleo Challenge Winners!
I was planning on announcing this at some sort of gathering but since Mayhem is the next big activity on the calendar, I’ll spit out here. The winners of the last Paleo Challenge are Brad and Miranda! Runners up are Andy Melenbrink and Emily Hand! Brad and Miranda earned a private one hour session with a coach of their choosing to work on goats, nutrition tweaks or whatever else they choose! Andy and Emily will receive a new EVF sweatshirt! We would also like to wish Andy luck on his future with CrossFit as he is soon moving and will have to find a new home…or box. We’ll miss Andy at the 5am and 6am classes and are all grateful for his time spent at EVF!
