Snatch progression w an empty barbell

Strength/Skill
3 Power Snatches EMOM for 10 Mins 70% of 1RM

Training (Met-Con)
In teams of two
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 Mins
50 Double Unders
50 Toes to bar

Split the work in half
1 partner works at a time

*Do 10 Burpees as a team every 2 Mins

Scale double unders with
Triple the amount of single unders

Scale Toes to bar w Knees to elbows or double the amount and sub with AB-Mat Sit ups
