800m run, together
20 power snatches
400m run, together

Then, 3 rounds of
40 push press (95/65)
80 double unders

AMRAP in remaining time of:
30 burpees
30 pull ups
30 calorie row

Score is total rounds of AMRAP. All reps are cumulative.
