100 calorie row buy-in
then, immediately into
400m run
20 box jumps (24/20)
20 power cleans (115/75)
20 thrusters (115/75)

Two people run while two people do an AMRAP of the box jumps, power cleans, and thrusters, splitting reps however they choose.
