September 16 marks year 5 of Flex on the Beach! You and three teammates (2 gals, 2 guys) will choose a division: Rx, scaled or burn (perfect for EVF 360ers). The competition is at Edwards Boulevard, Long Beach, NY 1156. Registration will start around 8 a.m.
