50 snatches (75/55)
2 rounds of dumbbell DT (50/35)
30 synchro air squats

40 snatches (95/65)
2 rounds of dumbbell DT
30 synchro air squats

30 snatches (115/80)
2 rounds of dumbbell DT
30 synchro air squats

20 snatches (135/95)
2 rounds of dumbbell DT
30 synchro air squats

10 snatches (155/105)
2 rounds of dumbbell DT
30 synchro air squats

Teams may split snatch reps however they choose.
Each partner performs one full round of DT each time.

DT = 12 deadlifts + 9 hang power cleans + 6 shoulder to overhead
