In teams of two, for time:

1 snatch + 1 overhead squat (115/75)
2 snatch + 2 OHS
3+3…
…up to 10

1 power clean + 1 squat clean (135/95)
2 power cleans + 2 squat cleans
3+3…
…up to 10

1 deadlift (225/155) + 1 bar-facing burpee
2 deadlifts + 2 bar-facing burpees
3+3…
…up to 10

This workout is performed “you go, I go” style. Both partners complete 1+1, 2+2, etc, alternating each round.
