“The Twelve Days of Christmas”

1 snatch
2 hang squat cleans
3 shoulder to overhead
4 power cleans
5 front squats
6 pull ups
7 burpees
8 toes to bar
9 box jumps
10 deadlifts
11 wall balls
12 pistols

RX: 155/105
RX+: 185/125

The workout is performed like the song, with both partners doing all the work. Partner 1 does 1 snatch, partner 2 does 1 snatch. Then, partner 1 does 2 hang squat cleans, partner 2 does 2 hang squat cleans. Then, partner 1 does 1 snatch, Partner 2 does 1 snatch, and so on adding a movement each round.
