This workout will be performed chase style. The second partner cannot move on to the next movement until the one before is finished.
Victoria Soto was one of the teachers killed during the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting that took place on December 14th, 2012 in Newton, CT. Victoria died attempting to shield her students from gunfire. She was 27-years old and an avid Crossfitter.
