In teams of 2 for time. Split all work however you choose, one partner working at a time.

First:
1600m row
90 thrusters (45/35)
60 pull-ups

Then:
400m run (together)
60 burpees over bar
40 hang power cleans (115/75)

Last:
100 double unders
50 KB swings (70/53)
30 shoulder to overhead (135/95)
