For time, in teams of 2:
100 double unders
200m run
100 pull-ups
100 KBS
100 lunges
100 knees to elbows
400m run
100 push press (75/55)
100 sit-ups
100 wall balls
100 burpees
400m run

All reps are split between partners; one person working at a time. All running is done together.
