In teams of 2, 30 minute AMRAP:
8 shoulder to overhead (155/105)
6 burpee pull ups
10 box jumps (30/24)

One person works on the triplet at a time while the second person completes a 400m run. Once the run is done, partners switch and continue the AMRAP where the first person left off.
