Level 1 (experienced lifters) Touch and go from the ground, build up to working weight.

Level 2 From the Launch position. (Top of the knee) Build to weight that will be used for workout

Main-site WOD June 26, 2011


For time:
Run 800 meters
Snatch, 30 reps
Run 800 meters  (Around the block then to 85th st and back in the door)

Level 1 Snatch 135lbs or higher. Touch and go from the ground

Level 2 Snatch from the launch position (top of the knee) 35lbs-115lbs
