Warm up

10 burpees
5 strict pull ups or 10 ring rows
Dynamic stretches
Training

In teams of two complete the following for time
(one partner works at a time. Divide the work up equally amongst team)
40 Min time cap
2×400  meter relay runs w Med ball
50 wall balls (20/14)
50  box jumps (20/14)
50 Wall balls  (20/14)
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
2x 400 meter relay runs with Med ball
50 Wall balls(20/14)
50 box jumps(24/20)
50 wall balls(20/14)
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
2×400 meter relay runs with Med ball

800 meter partner run (no med ball)

    finished 2 rounds and completed 140 reps on our 3rd.

    Still sweating!!!!

  2. That was brutal!! i didnt think the run with the med balll was going to be as tough as it was… nice twist to the WOD!!
