Warm Up

Tabata, 4 rounds each movement
Wall sit
Plank
Hollow hold
Side plank (2 round/side)

Workout

20 minute AMRAP
30 DB hang squat cleans
30 burpees
30 DB thrusters
30 burpees
30 DB front squats

All of the above can be performed single-arm if you don’t have a set.

If you don’t have a dumbbell, substitute a kettlebell, a heavy backpack, a jug of water, your coffee table, or anything else that has some weight!
